Volunteer Festa 2011

The Rainbow Club participated in "Volunteer Festa" organized by Tsukuba Volunteer Center on October 29. We exhibited a panel, and some Club members and students at Kasuga Plaza Japanese Class played a skit. We also held a bazaar at the site for the Japanese classes organized by volunteers in the earthquake-hit-areas in Tohoku. Although the volunteers had to close the classes due to the earthquake and tsunami, they are working hard toward resumption of the classes now. The proceeds will be donated to these Japanese classes.
